"Syd Saeed" means Syd Saeed Psychic, Spiritual Guidance, USA/United Kingdom.
"Site" means the website www.sydsaeedpsychic.com owned by Syd Saeed.
"User" or "You" means a user of the "Site".

Please ensure you read and understand these conditions before proceeding with any reading from Syd Saeed. By booking then proceeding with your reading, it will be assume and agreed that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions as outlined.

Syd Saeed works as Psychic Clairvoyant and Spiritual Adviser with remote viewing. He provides either email or Skype/telephone readings.

You must read the following and only proceed with a request for a reading if you agree to the terms and conditions of a psychic and spiritual reading with Syd Saeed. By booking and/or receiving a reading, we will assume you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with Syd Saeed.

If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading, Syd Saeed will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue. You are under a legal obligation to advise us of this information.

Syd Saeed reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if...

He feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.
He feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to the client.
If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
All information given by Syd Saeed is given on the understanding that nothing is 100%, especially the subtle vibrations of psychic and spiritual connections where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.
The client takes full responsibility, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual advice.
All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.

Payment Details:
Syd’s payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by PayPal. Clients may choose to pay by credit/debit card or an existing PayPal account.

If you miss your allocated time slot, Syd reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Syd Saeed reserves the right to not offer appointments to certain individuals. In this situation, a full refund may be returned to the purchaser.

Bookings:
Booking either an email or phone reading, is easy. You must have either a Skype account and/or land-line number for telephone readings. Payment must be received before any reading is given.

At the PayPal screen, choose whether to pay by credit/debit card or sign into your PayPal account to use PayPal funds.

At the end of the PayPal payment process, choose the ‘Return to Merchant’ option.

You will receive email confirmation once this has been accepted for the relevant date and time.

PLEASE NOTE:15 Minute Readings are for follow up clients only.
(Last reading of 30 minutes or more within 3 months of the same calendar year, solely at the discretion of sydsaeedpsychic.com)

Any data collected from payment processes, emails or any other format is not stored, harvested or sold to any third party. Any data relating to emails are kept temporarily for the purposes of contacting clients and reference in any cases of misunderstanding, dispute or clarification.

We do submit our website to Google, Bing or similar search engines. This allows us to monitor the progress of the website, where people are visiting from and how often. This data does not identify who is visiting and is only to monitor if the information provided on the site is optimised to reach the maximum numbers.
